Cancellation We accept cancellation of the order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. If the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. The customer has the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item received. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
